Written by on July 5, 2022

Yellowstone Beer Fest (YBF) started in 2014 when residents of Park County Wyoming organized the event. YBF operates, “exclusively for charitable purposes,” the event website states.

The money raised by YBF is then distributed to local charities in an effort to help these groups achieve their goals. YBF holds one major fundraising event each year and the entire event is made possible by a team of volunteers.

Money generated from ticket sales, merchandise sales, sponsorships, and donations goes exclusively to charitable organizations in Park County. The following organizations have previously received donations from YBF: CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Cody Lion’s Club, Park County Animal Shelter, and Western Bear Foundation – to name a few.
