Cody Potential Landing Spot for Outdoor Business

Cody could be bringing 150 new jobs here with an outdoor product manufacturer is what James Klessens said in a city hall meeting on Tuesday, November 10th.
This business could possibly replace jobs that were lost when Cody Labs had to close. Klessesns says the jobs would be fair, all around good jobs for the people of Cody. The company would bring 25 of their own employees leaving 125 spots open for Cody residents.
Klessens, who wouldn’t reveal the name of the company, said that they have been a leader in the field for 50 years and that Cody is one of two cities in Wyoming that the company could move to.
This has been an ongoing process as Klessens mentioned that ““It’s been full on since March 16.” To go along with that Klessens thinks they have been impressed saying “The team we brought together, we blew these people away.”
The company has come to Cody to visit and evaluate the prospect of relocating here at least half a dozen times already and Klessens said that it is “a credit to the quality of Cody and the business environment.”
