Legislators Ready to Fight Any COVID Mandates

Park County state legislators will oppose any face mask or COVID vaccine mandates that could trickle down to Wyoming.
State Sen. Tim French, and Reps. Sandy Newsome, Rachel Rodriguez-Williams and Dan Laursen talked about these issues Friday morning on KODI’s “Speak Your Piece with Darian Dudrick.”
Even with states’ rights and questions of constitutionality, there still are concerns that states could face pressure from the federal level.
Also discussed during the show was potential state legislation regarding critical race theory, protecting girls’ sports, and hate crimes.
