Written by on February 20, 2017

The flooding in Big Horn County may have claimed the life of a prominent Greybull citizen.
Greybull Fire Chief Paul Murdoch died at his home on Thursday after he had spent the day helping to remove ice jams from the Big Horn River.
Worland Fire Chief Chris Kocher of the Wyoming Local State Assistance Team says Murdoch, 53 years old and a 35 year veteran of the department, was found unresponsive at his home. Kocher says an autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death.
Funeral services for Murdoch are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Greybull High School.
