AJ Richards, President of Wyoming Legacy Meats, talked about their new business here in Cody and how they’re using regenerative agriculture to give the consumer the best possible beef products. A fifth-generation rancher, AJ took an interesting journey to get to Cody, including being a Cross Fit trainer.
Wyoming Legacy Meats has opened what AJ calls, “from tip to tail” using all of the cow instead of throwing certain parts out, to make high-nutrient fertilizer for ranchers and farmers.
When asked about the “vertical supply chain”, Richards says that nature has a cycle and any breakdown of that cycle gets us (humankind) into trouble.
